Check this page to see what job opportunities we have open at the time. Farmers WantedJob Description: Contract Farmers Contract farmers wanted to grow out crops. We will provide the seeds and/or plants for certain specialty crops. Farmers must commit to our strict standards of no spray, no chemicals as well as strict adherence to our guidelines of farm hygiene and professionalism. Contact us for details. Requirements - 3 Years+ farming experience - Have your own land to use. If rented land, must have a 5 year + lease. - 100% no chemical spray. - Certified organic farms are a great advantage and better price. - Must speak Mandarin, Taiwanese or English. - If a foreign national, must have appropriate visa or work permit. - Absolutely no alcohol, drugs or smoking (due to plant disease) allowed on any premise. Job Functions - Growing out said crops of a given quantity for a certain time frame. - Maintain the farm, nutrition, weeding, pruning, harvesting etc. - Reporting weekly farm updates or we can visit frequently to check progress. - Depending on crops, some post-harvest processing (grading, cleaning, rinsing etc.).
