Logistics OptionsThere are many things to consider in making orders from overseas. Things such as product freshness, storage conditions, transportation, certificates & other documents etc. We are here to work with our customers 100% of the way in order to make the process as streamlined as possible. StorageWe offer a few options depending on the order and products required. We have space for dry, processed and non-perishable items on hand. Pre-booking may be required depending on volume of orders at the time. Refrigeration & freezing is also available upon request. Please contact us to arrange your requirements. For custom storage requests, please don't hesitate to Contact Us anytime to discuss arrangements of your products. TransportationWe offer many options of transportation Taiwan wide. From open flatbed trucks, closed box trucks, refrigerated trucks and freezer trucks. Any container type is also able to be transported throughout Taiwan usually same or next day delivery. If your goods need to be shipped somewhere within Taiwan, we can arrange that. Our shipping agent will work closely with yours to make sure the journey is timely and cost effective. Shipping OptionsWe offer the following shipping methods as our most standard ways of shipping. Special requests are welcomed as well. - By Postal Service: Surface mail, air mail, air mail express and EMS. - By Air Freight: We deliver most products to Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) for most air freight shipments. - By Container: We deliver to Kaohsiung port for most container orders unless otherwise requested. - By Courier: DHL and FedEx are available. - Door to Door: We can truck your products right to your door within Taiwan. |
